1. CONSENT TO RECORD & USE OF LIKENESS

Without expectation of compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future, I, the undersigned, hereby give my consent to For the Hayters, its affiliates, and agents, to use my image, likeness, voice, and interview statements in its publications, advertisements, social media, promotional materials, and other media activities (including but not limited to the Internet, television, radio, and print).

This consent includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Permission to interview, film, photograph, record, or otherwise capture my likeness and/or voice.
(b) Permission to use my name in connection with the Podcast.
(c) Permission to use quotes from my interview(s), video, photographs, audio recordings, and any reproductions of my likeness or voice, in full or edited format, for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes across various media platforms.

I understand that For the Hayters holds full copyright and distribution rights to the content and may use it at its discretion, including for monetization purposes.

2. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

I affirm that any statements, stories, or claims I share during the recording are true to the best of my knowledge.
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the content of my statements and any implications, reactions, or legal consequences arising from them.
I release For the Hayters, Becky Hayter, and all associated entities from any liability regarding defamation, privacy violations, or any claims that may arise from my participation.
I acknowledge that I will not hold Becky Hayter or For the Hayters responsible for any personal, professional, legal, or financial outcomes resulting from my appearance on the Podcast.

3. NO COMPENSATION OR REIMBURSEMENT

I understand and agree that:

My participation in For the Hayters is voluntary and I will receive no monetary compensation for my appearance, time, or contributions.
I am responsible for any and all travel, lodging, or other costs incurred to participate in the recording, whether virtual or in person.
This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between me and For the Hayters.

4. PERPETUAL AGREEMENT & REVOCATION

I understand that this release is irrevocable and applies in perpetuity, meaning I cannot withdraw my consent after recording. For the Hayters retains all rights to publish, distribute, and use the content as it deems appropriate.

5. EDITORIAL DISCRETION & FINAL APPROVAL

I understand and agree that For the Hayters reserves full editorial discretion over the recording. This includes the right to edit, postpone, or choose not to publish the episode for any reason, without prior notice or obligation to provide an explanation.

I acknowledge that participating in the recording does not guarantee that the episode will be published or distributed.

6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Jersey.

7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined in this Guest Release Form.
